I get stuck and can’t get past a page, the survey freezes mid-survey/there is no arrow or Next button showing//video would not play/the scale won’t slide

More often than not, you have been Timed Out of the survey. This usually happens when you leave the survey, say to make a cup of tea or have gone on a break and there is no activity in the survey. In such cases, you will need to wait for 10 minutes to be able to access the surveys again.
