No person is an island. Stakeholders can both empower and prevent an organisation from delivering against its vision. For an organisation to achieve success it needs to understand its stakeholder relationships to help shape them.
Colmar Brunton has worked in partnership with the Treasury on a series of stakeholder surveys with this aim in mind. The research has clearly identified priority areas that the Treasury needs to focus upon to further improve its stakeholder relationships.
